Friday late evening bought and cooked a pizza deal meat pizza, salt and pepper chicken wings, x3 garlic dip from pizza company here. Fell asleep for an hour after eating then woke with severe stomach & abdominal cramps. Was on the toilet with diarrhoea and was vomiting at the same time in the sink on and off for 4-5 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
