Ate picanha steak, chimichurri, mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped chicken, and the cheese bread on the day i ordered the food. Nothing out of the ordinary and felt fine. Are the leftover plate of picanha steak, chimichurri, and mashed potatoes and proceeded to throw up within 10 hours. Did not eat anything else that day so I know it is what caused it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
