Undercooked Steak Illness - Texas Roadhouse, Tulsa Oklahoma

9 months ago reported by user-xdrch111 business

Texas Roadhouse, East 71st Street, Tulsa, OK, USA

11111 East 71st Street, Tulsa, 74133 Oklahoma, United States

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Undercooked steak
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: My husband ate a medium rare strip steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Approximately 5 hours later, he became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. About 12 hours after onset, his symptoms appeared to improve (with the exception of new-onset chills), but they returned at the 24-hour mark with severe vomiting. He is the only one of three of us who ate from there who is currently ill. We all ate different things. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
