Sirloin Meal Illness Ordeal - Texas Roadhouse, Phoenix Arizona

I went to Texas on Mother’s Day and ordered the sirloin 16oz with mushrooms and onions. I also had chili beans and stuffed potato. When I was half way done with with steak notices odd meat dissolving taste on my mouth. Meat dissolved before I could chew it. Didn’t think nothing of it I kept eating paid my bill and went home 2 hours later stomach fell off and notice pain and dizziness. I got diarrhea, inner chills, fever, vomiting, nausea, cramps, stomach pains for almost 72 hours. All I could drink was pedialyte. Cause I didn’t want nothing to do with food. Just fluids and soup other than that it was hell, longest 3 days of my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
