Rare Steak Illness Trio - Texas Roadhouse, Waterbury Connecticut

My mother, Aunt, and cousin went to eat here 2 days ago. They all fell ill shortly after leaving the restaurant. My mom has severe diarrhea and stomach pains. She still isn't better. The doctor has been checking on my mother. My Aunt and cousin had diarrhea as well. But, my mom seems to have the most severe food poisoning symptoms. They had rib-eye steaks, salad, baked potato, and shared a blooming onion. She ordered her steak rare. She took one bite and sent it back as the steak did not seem cooked. I did call restaurant and the manager did file an incident report with corporate. The staff at this location has been very professional and helpful. But, I will never eat at any location after seeing what happened to my family afterwards, as well as, reading the reports from other locations on this page.
