Observed cook scrub cutting board in dish area, then return to cook line, put on gloves and begin handling clean pans. Observed employe handle cell phone, put on gloves and begin making pork salad. Observed employee return to kitchen from outside, rinse hands and put on gloves to work with pans and rice noodles.
