Day 1: I ate about noon on Sunday, April 23. I had a cuban sandwich which contains ham and pork with a sesame pasta side. About 2 hours after eating I had indigestion and gastric distress which got steadily worse. About 6 hours later I vomited, and then vomited again about 4 hours after that. Day 2: I continued to feel ill all the next day, and had diarrhea later in the day, but no vomiting. Day 3: I continue to feel achy and have over-all weariness, but no further vomiting or diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Migraine, Indigestion
