My husband and me were traveling from dfw D terminal yesterday 6/19/2022 and checked into the centurion lounge at 4:00pm.We had dinner of yellow saffron rice,lentils mixed with spinach and raisins and pork slices.We ate nothing after that.At 3am this morning 6/20/2022 my husband n me had acute cramping for one hour followed by acute diarrhea.We went to the restroom almost 13 times.We were planning to go to the ER because the diarrhea just didnt stop.I am 100% certain that the food at centurion lounge caused us food poisoning.I suspect the food(pork) wasnt cooked to the right temperature or was left outside too long or was contaminated in some way.Someone from the food administration dept needs to visit and inspect the lounge kitchen to see what’s exactly happening.I suspect they arent following safety food protocol and jeopardizing the health of all their american express customers.We are still recovering and had to take the day off from work.I am writing this report completely exhausted,dehydrated due to the diarrhea and stomach cramping.Someone of higher authority needs to investigate and take action asap.This happened here at DFW D terminal airport on 6/19/2022 at 4pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
