We ate around 7 pm (birthday dinner, lol). Despite the busy Friday night dinner rush, we received our food fairly fast (probably less than 10 minutes from ordering). I ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and my girlfriend ordered the factory nachos and we shared a lemon-raspberry cheesecake slice. By 11 pm, I was feeling bloated and had a lot of gas, which turned into diarrhea, fever, (violent) vomiting, chills, cramps, etc. We ended up in UrgentCare (thank you Intermountain health care clinic in SLC) and started an IV along with ZOFRAN. It is 24 hours since my first symptoms, and barely feeling better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Bloating, Chills
