Yesterday, I ordered the Renée’s chicken almond salad sandwich with side salad with ranch, and fries as a substitution for the soup. Today I am waking up with horrible chills, headache, headaches, nausea, which led to diarrhea and violent vomiting in the afternoon. My colleague a couple of days before had an issue with the skinny licious, chicken salad, experiencing the same symptoms as I have. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
