November 17, 2021, Met a friend for lunch. I ordered the grilled fish tacos. I ate 3 of the 4 small tacos and took 2 bites of the black beans and 1 bite of the rice. He ordered salmon. We split a piece of Red Velvet Cheesecake. Our food arrived around noon. I ordered the grilled fish tacos. My friend ordered salmon. We split a piece of Red Velvet Cheesecake. We left around 1:15 pm. I started feeling nauseous around 5:00 pm. I fell asleep (early for me) and woke up around 8:00 pm with severe diarrhea. I started vomiting by 9:00 pm. It is 2:00 am now and vomiting has stopped. I am now sipping pedialyte. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
