Upon inspection observed 21 rodent droppings on bathroom floor inside kitchen, 20 under reach in cooler across from grill in kitchen, 20 under deep fryer in kitchen, 3 on second shelf outside dry storage room above chest freezer, approximately 50 inside walk in cooler unit used as dry storage located outside, approximately 10 under walk in cooler unit outside storage. **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Small reach in cooler next to front service window- chicken 59f and buttermilk 61f for 2 hours. Operator discarded food items of concern.
