Quinoa Burger Vomiting Episode - The Mt. Washington Tavern, Baltimore Maryland

Friday evening, Feb. 22, approx. 8 pm, ate a quinoa burger, lettuce and tomato (no mayonaise), french fries and a slice of pickle. Approx. 6 hours latter I started forceful vomiting of all food stuffs until it was bilious. I have no fever, myalgias, headache or diarrhea to suggest a viral illness. Now, 12 hours later, symptoms have resolved. ( By the way, I am a physician myself) | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Fever, Diarrhea
