I ordered a grilled cheese panini and potato wedges at 1:15pm. By 6-7pm I started feeling queasy but shrugged it off. At 2:00am I was awoken by the need to vomit and take a bowel movement. Immediately I took a charcoal tablet to help with the food poisoning but the nausea is horrible. Thanks Tim Hortons. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
