Scallops: Severe Reaction, ER - Tokyo Japanese Steak House, Federal Way Washington

I order the steak with scallops and shrimp with sushi. I saw him cook it and though the scallops looks a lil weird but thought to myself they wouldn’t serve bad seafood. Well throughout the night I began to get bad stomach cramps and chills. Well the next day I couldn’t eat had chills all day and no energy and a fever. I stay in bed majority of the day. However, the next day was the worse! I tried eating food during that I started to get dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out. 2-3 minutes later my body went limp and I passed out on my friend next to me and all I can remember is seeing black. I’m then told I began to projectile vomit while still passed out. When I finally came to I didn’t know what had happened and was extremely weak I couldn’t even stand. I was rushed into the ER by paramedics and had to be carried out by wheelchair.
