Today I ate at the mall. I got a grilled cheese and fries. Normally it's really good from here, however this time it just tasted off a bit. It was slightly metallic in taste. Anyhow, I figured maybe just a change in butters or oils etc. However, about an hour later I began getting awful stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. My stomach is not happy whatsoever. I'm not sure if maybe the metallic taste was more or less from cross contamination on the grill from oils or other fluids from meat products, or if it was from spoiled butter or oil or cheese. Altogether though something was definitely off about it and I should have just listened to my initial reaction versus thinking maybe it was just a change in oil or butters. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps
