Observed approximately 20 to 25 small flying insects landing on walls behind dishwasher machine ,under dishwasher machine and on clean utensils on dishwasher area near cook line. Observed approximately 10 to 15 small flying insects landing on walls on mop sink area near dry storage area.
High Priority - Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food.
High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored.
