Ordered Sonoran hotdog (wrapped in bacon) and french fried, and a glass of water. This was served with some kind of beans, tomatoes, ?. It smelled a bit vinegary. Mayonnaise had been squirted over all. I scraped this all off as it had a funny smell. I scraped all of this away even pulling off some of the bread which was soggy. I went ahead and ate the hotdog and some of the fries. Also had some chips and salsa. The waitress never checked on us. Within an hour and a half had terrible diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
