Ate Trader Joe's Japanese Style Fried Rice for lunch about about 2 hours later came down with the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. Went to the hospital ER to be put on an IV due to sever dehydration. The premade frozen meal was recently bought and kept frozen until eaten. I suspect that it may have thawed during transport to Trader Joes and was refrozen instead of being tossed. | Symptoms: Dehydration
