I believe it was this place Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Super gassy and had diarrhea, the sausage was the only new food item introduced to my diet. It says “fully cooked” but I’m not so sure. I did cook it, however, according to the package instructions.

Cobb Salad Illness: Dizzy, Nausea

I ate a chicken Cobb salad and 45 minutes later I was dizzy cold and nauseous. Went home and vomited over next few hours. Worst vomiting of my life. Felt like a train hit me. Ok next morning.
