My wife and I switched to Artisan Ciabatta a couple of weeks ago and she's been experiencing abdominal pain and diarrahea within hours of eating. She is not celiac whatsover (she eats pizza, pasta, etc without any problems).There seems to be bad product management in that store, since the bread (which comes to the store frozen) seems to be randomly put for sale without thawing.
Also, many of the boxes of their fresh burrata cheese are bloated due to mismanagement of the cold chain. In one occasion we accidentally bought one of the bloated burrata boxes and opening it was an experience, to say the least. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
