Additional information: After 10 minutes of eating I started dripping sweat from the top of my head down. My stomach started cramping and my back. I started feeling nauseous got up to go towards the bathroom and started throwing up everything I just ate. Left work early started throwing up in my car that was a 5 min drive upon coming home through up some more food and went to lay down had to vomit some more and it looks like yellow liquid coming out starting to feel better just my body feels like he got hit by a bus I am sore and have headache no appetite. I work here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Muscle Pain
