We doordashed food and drinks for lunch on Saturday. I had a wrap (I don't remember the name, it had chicken, rice and pineapple salsa), my youngest son had a quesadilla, and my oldest son and husband both had the breakfast burritos (2 each). My youngest son and I were fine and still are, but my oldest son and husband within 1-1.5 hours of eating were both incredibly sick. My husband bounced back after about 12 hours of vomiting and diarrhea but my oldest son is going on 40 hours of it. Yesterday he had a 102+ fever, headache bad enough that he was screaming, stomach pains that "felt like knives", vomiting, diarrhea every 20 minutes, and at one point he collapsed from being severely dehydrated due to his body kicking every ounce of fluid out of his body. I've never seen my son that sick before. He's still fighting diarrhea, stomach pains and exhaustion today but he seems to be improving slightly. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
