I'm not sure what is causing these symptoms my mother and I have had for the past few weeks. Mostly nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss, extreme fatigue, diffuse abdominal pain. We have eaten produce only from Walmart, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, oranges,and watermelon. At first I thought it might be H. Pylori because of the symptoms but both of our tests came back negative. Can't figure it out. Let me know if you have any ideas for me to check in to.. The food came from the Walmart super center on Saint James Ave in Goose Creek SC | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue, Loss of Appetite
