Metal Shards in Stew - Walmart, Fort Dodge Iowa

I bought 2 Hormel DINTY Moore beef stew bowls here on Friday 9/2/2022.
So tonight I open up one of the DINTY Moore beef stew bowls and heat it up in microwave as I always do and after done heating I put contents into a bowl and I started eating it. I looked down and seen metal shards in the gravy and I stopped eating it. After 20 mins I got diarrhea and stomach pains. So after I felt better I decided open the 2nd DINTY Moore and it has tiny metal shards in the bowl. (7) total. I have kept the wrapper. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
