Cobb Salad Illness Alert - Walmart, Celina Ohio

Ate ready to eat marketside cobb salad with lettuce, turkey, bacon, bleu cheese dressing and hardboiled eggs. It was purchased and consumed 7/15/2025 between 7pm-8pm. 4-6 hours after consuming, I experienced horrible cramps and gas, chills and headache, followed by watery diarrhea.
