Neither myself or my husband are allergic to milk, gluten, etc. We have protein shakes with milk, or eat various cereals. However, everytime after a single bowl of honey nut cheerios, within a few hours we both feel we have severe acid reflux, followed by diarrhea the next day. Seriously, that stuff makes me feels like I just prepped for a colonoscopy. It used to not do this to us but this happened on our last box as well. We just use it as a snack not a meal so our nutrition is fine otherwise. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Acid reflux
