Hamburger Meal Triggers Symptoms - Walmart, Tampa Florida

Hamburger Helper Cooked Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni with ground beef & whole milk. Took 2 Lactaid pills. Within a couple of hours I had stomach pain, gas and nausea. I fell asleep but was awakened in middle of the night with bad stomach cramps, nausea & a slight headache. Went to bathroom & had a BM. Before I got back in bed I took 2 Immodium AD pills. Nausea continued so I took one my prescribed Ondanestron HCL 4mg tablets. About another hour with the nausea still not better, I went to the bathroom and had a watery, diarrhea BM that hopefully cleared the Hamburger Helper that upset my stomach out of my system. Taking another Immodium AD as it stated to do so if I had a 2nd watery BM. Will use my LiveHealth Online benefit provided by my employer if I am not well by morning which is now & I will not be able to start work at 10AM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Gas
