On 8/22/17 around 4:45 pm I purchased a discounted turkey/bacon sandwich wrap from the deli case. I brought it home immediately and ate it around 5:30 pm. By 2 am I was in excrutiating stomach pain with non stop diarrhea until about 5:30 am. The meat seemed OK, but the lettuce was wilted. I probably shouldn't have eaten it, but I was very hungry. I am drinking lots of water today to stay hydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
