Italian Hoagie Illness Strikes - Wawa, Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania

I got my usual Italian hoagie, wheat shortie roll, provolone, bit of mayo, lettuce tomato and oregano. 30-40 min later I start feeling poorly. 1hr 20 minutes later I vomited the hoagie. Soon after, I spiked a fever of 102 with a lot of muscle pain and headache. I still have a 100.5 next day. No more vomiting (took Zofran) and no diarrhea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Muscle Pain
