Closure date: 05/27/2021High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed six flying insects landing on the toaster and prep table in the cook line located in the kitchen. Observed seven flying insects landing on several bags of bread in the storage room next to the walk in cooler located in the kitchen. Observed approximately fifteen flying insects landing on the plastic sneeze guard on the register area at the front counter area. Observed five flying insects landing on tables and windows in the dining room.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
