Chili, Frosty Suspected Illness - Wendy's, Lebanon Pennsylvania

I ate food around 7:00 pm est. I went to Wendy's to get a taco salad, orange creme frosty and a bake potato with sour creme and chives. I spent $18.88 on the meal with tax. I ate the meal 30 minutes after I purchased it threw the drive threw; I went home to eat. My stomach felt full so I stopped about 20 -30 minutes in the meal; I felt sick. I went to the bathroom to use it. I was sweating , chills and fever and I was vomiting. I felt dizzy and the cramps were so bad. The meal had Wendy's chili in it while I ate the salad, it was on the side but i put it in. Its a part of the salad.. I believe it was the orange creme frosty and the chili in the meal that had me vomiting. I still feel nausea from after I puked. Wendy's in lebanon , pa is known for making people sick but this was horrible; It felt like I was dying it hurt do bad. The cramping and the vomiting. I vomited 10 times with in the 20-30 minutes. I lost so much fluid; I had to drink pedilite to keep my hydration up. The salad never made me sick; the back potato was dried out. It tasted funny. I hardly ate that. But that chili had a weird taste to it also . I thought it was Normal because they use the burger meat from the nite before; I believe it was the grease from the chili. The milk from the creme frosty as well. I still feel sick. I will have to go to the emergency room if the vomiting does not stop. Threw outthe nite I was back and girth to the bathroom I vomited over 20 times threw out the nite. It's not getting better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Dizziness
