On Tuesday night 04/19/22,I purchased and ate a 4 for 4(jr. cheeseburger,4 piece chicken nuggets,french fries and a large Hi C fruitpunch.After consuming everything I started to feel sick in my stomach,so I laid down to rest.Some hours later I started to vomit.I went back to lay down again and it kept happening multiple times.I took a picture of it and you can clearly see french fries and other undigested food.I called into work and didn't go in on Wednesday.I felt ill all day and vomited again but this time it was clear liquid mixed in with saliva and probably bile.I called off work on Wednesday.All day Thursday I laid down and couldn't get up to go to work again so I called off again.I was able to drink some Gatorade and tried some rice pudding,but then my stomach hurt again so I called off work on Friday.On Friday I tried eating a half of a bagel,some crackers,applesauce ,some ice water and Gatorade.I still didn't feel up to going to work.My stomach still hurts. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
