Undercooked Pizza Illness Strikes - Whata Lotta Pizza, Huntington Beach California

October 5, 10pm my girlfriend and I shared an extra large pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. The vegetables, cheese, and dough were all undercooked, but seemed edible.

She had two slices, and I had three, and then another for breakfast the next morning. I experienced extreme nausea and cramping for 48 hours, and didn't have a BM for the first 24.
My cramping subsided, but nausea remained consistent, with the addition of a burning rear end that developed a small infection in only a day. I made a trip to the hospital to get myself checked out. I have been struggling greatly with keeping myself hydrated, my muscles are sore even though I haven't been able to exercise since being sickened.

It has been six days, and I'm still nowhere near recovered. All I can eat is broth and crackers. My girlfriend is still having diarrhea.
