ER Visit After Burger - Whataburger, Dallas Texas

Almost a week now, Early Wednesday I ate some of their food, And I woke up extremely sick I was throwing up Like a deranged gang member. All 3 of us were. I called them and talked to The manager but he Thought it was a prank call. I went to the ER later that night, They said I have They said I have gastronomy and covid 19. I was shocked I can't believe it. I don't even believe in that stuff. I honestly feel fine other than the stomach issues and the Diarrhea like a nonstop faucet. Got gas much gas like Texaco 711 and Chevron combine. Pray for me. Im going broke and im ashamed!! I cant work till this whole ordeal is over with
I ate # 1 with cheese. No onions, med. Fries, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
