- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sink in cpc building girls washroom (76. 3f), boys washroom (72. 8f), 313 washroom (72. 6f), parent room washroom (72. 5f). Instructed manager to repair and maintain 100f-120f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly at hand washing sink in kitchen staff washroom and classroom 313. Water must run continuosly for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet. Kitchen staff washroom sink slow draining, left sink not operable in boys washroom in cpc building, no hot water at right sink girls washroom in a building. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed 1/4' gap at bottom of exit #3, counselor exit door in b building and exit doors near kitchen. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed no receptacle at hand washing sink in serving area. Instructed manager to provide receptacle in all areas waste is commonly discarded.
