- comments: observed no handwashing signage in restrooms. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain handwashing signage at all times.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: approximately 200 mouse droppings where observed scattered throughout the facility in the following areas: under bar, behind safe, along the entire perimeter of the kitchen space, on top of the fryer cover, and in the keg storage area along the walls. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings, sanitize areas, and inform pest control of need for additional service. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed rear door leading to warehouse is not to be tightly sealed at bottom corners. Instructed person in charge to repair door to be tight fitting for the prevention of pest.
