Salad Bar GI Distress - Whole Foods Market, Evesham New Jersey

7 years ago reported by user-xngc9262 business

Whole Foods Market, Marlton, Evesham Township, NJ, United States

940 New Jersey 73, Evesham, 08053 New Jersey, United States

I got a salad from the salad bar for lunch on Tuesday 2/14/17 and ate it at around 1:30-2pm. I remember that it had lettuce and kale, chicken, feta cheese, walnuts and a little bit of mozzarella pasta. I left work and went for a run and had major GI issues. As soon as I got home around 6pm I started to feel not right and nauseous. I threw up 5 times between 6:30 and midnight and had diarrhea, dizziness, extreme cramping in my lower back radiating through my legs, fever and headache. I know it was the salad because the only other food I ate was my regular daily breakfast. I barely slept Tuesday night and Wednesday (today) I have barely eaten or been able to get out of bed. I still have nausea, headache, dizziness upon standing and extreme dehydration. Planning on seeing a doctor if my conditions do not improve in the next 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness
