On Tuesday morning Jan 9 2024 I was shopping at Whole Foods on Winter Park, Florida. At the end of my shopping, I passed by the buffet and grabbed Mama’s chicken noodle soup, and also spinach salad. A few hours eating my food at home I started throwing up and having episodes of diarrhea, nonstop for eight hours straight and I became dehydrated. Three days later I felt better called the store manager and reported the incident, he said “Thank you for calling I can give you back the money for the items you purchased” that’s all he did. I really don’t want the money back, but I am worried about the people eating at the buffet, so I needed to report this incident . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
