Seafood Salad ER Visit

Whole Foods food bar, seafood salad, Ate seafood salad on Tuesday afternoon. Stomach cramps started at 9pm 19 March, Diarraha at 2am 20 March, vomiting 10pm 20 march. Called ambulance at 11;45pm 20 march. Still in ER for severe dihydration as of 10am 21 March
