I made my own salad at the salad bar. I had romaine lettuce, spinach, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, green onions, quinoa, humus, and vegan bleu cheese dressing. Once I got home I noticed that the lettuce was very willted and and the spinach looked old which was very confusing since Whole Foods always promises fresh produce. I ate the salad anyway for dinner. My stomach was in pain the entire night and at about 5am I woke up to use the restroom and I vomited all over my bathroom. | Symptoms: Vomiting
