I bought all the prepared foods for 4 th of July so I ate it that day/ night and started to feel upset stomach, the next day I felt really sick but it wasn't until 24 hrs that it kicked in and all I ate the day after was the left over meal turkey and salmon burger and side veggies and fruit watermelon and mixed berries, tail mix. I was in the bathroom almost every hour over night everything coming out of me and it got so bad wouldn't stop. I was to the point of almost like I'm peeing fluids from what ever was left inside me from my bottom half. I've never been so sick in my life.all I could do rest it off and try to get water in me and used essential oils to rub on my tummy which helped it calm down. I have no idea which item could have caused it and I only ever shop and eat at Whole Foods and this was a first time for me. Now I'm scared to eat there again after this happened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
