Purchased a salad with roast beef, egg, blu cheese, quinoa and romaine. Stomach has never hurt as bad as an hour ago. Violent diarrhea with horrible stomach pain. It seems to have subsided....for now...I love Whole Foods but I will never purchase their prepared foods again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
