I had lunch at Whole Foods in Wellington Fl today. I had one egg white rice a piece of chicken olives mashed potatoes and a vegan pasta . The pasta was grease but I ate anyway. I came home and then spent a long time in the toilet : diarrhea gas and stomach pain. I m a regular at the store. Never expected that. I took medicine for diarrhea but the pain remains.
