I had a chile cheese hot dog and the chile hamburger and chile cheese fries on Oct 2nd around 10:11 pm I have been violenting sick throwing up chills fever deathly ill stomach and sides hurting extreme pain unable to hardly walk so very sick today is the 5th and I have not slept yet I'm sitting up right now in my bed throwing up I was completely fine before going to eat there . | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills
