Sunday late night, I believe it was the clam chowder I had at the restaurant. I noticed that the clams were at the bottom of the bowl and it was cold to mouth feel, which I had thought then that it was rather strange. So I only had a couple and left the rest. It seemed like the clams were not cooked with the rest of soup and they were raw! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
