I ordered 10 boneless chicken wings. 5 mango habanero, 5 spicy Korean Q, and buffalo ranch fries with a 32 oz coke.It was the only food I had all day. I had it at 12am last night. Since I woke up around 8:30 to go to church, I’ve been having severe liquid explosive diarrhea that doesn’t stop, as well as vomiting non stop. My head is burning up and I feel constantly nauseous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
