- comments: observed no certified manager on duty from 8:20 am-9:10 am while tcs items, such as breakfast sausage, were prepared. Instructed to maintain an employee holding the city of chicago foodservice manager certificate on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no kit for responding to vomit and diarrhea on site at time of inspection. Instructed to provide kit with all nessary supplies including a sanitizer rated as effective against norovirus on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no soap at the exposed handwashing sink located in lunchroom. Instructed to maintain soap at all exposed handwashing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
