Chicken Bowl Causes Hospitalization - Yo!Boca!Taco!, Wayland Massachusetts

On Friday I ordered a chicken bowl ( with lettuce, black beans, salsa, no cheese). I also ordered the same thing with cheese in a burrito for someone else. After 4 hours I felt indigestion and then at 8 hours since I ate the food I began throwing up, diarrea, nausea and stomach cramps. I ended up in the hospital for IV and medicine. The other person that was with me only got diarrea from the burrito. I did notice the place didn’t look too clean and they weren’t using gloves and hoped I wouldn’t get sick but here we are.. I don’t recommend. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps, Indigestion
