Second day started feeling like I was dying, passed out in the restroom, I didn’t feel my legs they felt numb (dehydration), the resort didn’t have a doctor at the moment, I had to take a taxi to the hospital who charged me $400 (dollars) for an injection, the hotel didn’t take any responsibility.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration

my room and my stomach started to feel bloated. After a half hour it started to cramp and hurt really bad. I went to the bathroom and proceeded to spray out my bottom for a out 6 hours. I don't know where it was coming from. Woke up with a sore stomach but much better. Went to eat and about 3 bites in the feelings came back. Went back to the room and bathroom for an hour. Resting now. Hopefully this passes. Nurse said for $250 a doc will come and talk to me. I'll wait a other day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating, Soreness

I could not do anything with our children as we were on a 4 day break the team said that my wife and I should stay confined but it was not until 11April2024 after a follow up call that they informed me that we should have a stool sample taken, I asked if they have a nurse on site and was told no, was also told that food poisoning stays in the body for up to 10 days so I should have this done when I get back home to Cambridge We have written to the CEO of Butlin’s a MR Jon Hendry Pickup and as of writing this email we have had no response  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

Been docs and they have confirmed iv got gastroenteritis.
