March 12, day 5: 1 person diarrhea, fever, headache, muscle pain, nausea. 1 person: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, nausea, headache. People were sick 2 hours between. + lethargy/fatigue. Visit was from March 7-10th and I am still sick now Seems to be food from Grand Fiesta Americana Resort Coral Beach. We only stayed and ate there and drank bottled water. We did eat at the resort sushi place and were given lobster ceviche with our cabana l. We suspect one of these is the culprit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
